My heart and mind have always been drawn toward deeper meanings and the mysteries of human existence. How do we find peace from within? My discovery of yoga and natural healing have pointed me toward the answers. I believe JOY is our natural way of being. Through Yoga practice, Reflexology, and Healing Stones I'd like to join you as you find your own calm, your own serenity, and your own deeper meaning.

Reflexology is an ancient healing modality that uses massage like techniques to stimulate nerve endings in the feet, hands, ears and face to help the body find its way back to homeostasis. It is a very relaxing and healing practice that often brings the client to a deep state of tranquility.
I am a Certified Reflexologist, a member of the Reflexology Association of Rhode Island & a member of The Reflexology Association of America. I currently hold a position practicing Reflexology at Hartford Hospital and I also volunteer in their Radiation Dept. working with cancer patients.
Yoga
This class is gentle and restoring. I will guide you into a flow with a few nurturing holds before we prop the body for some much needed rest. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis. Classes are small and personal. Meets Wednesday @ 6:30. Please call for more information.
Divine Sleep®Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a type of meditation where you can lay (or sit) in a comfortable position and be led (with the sound of my voice) through a practice often bringing you to the place between wake and sleep. From this place healing can begin. Yoga Nidra can:
